NOTICE OF PRIVACY
In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, GRUPO PADILLA, makes the following privacy notice available to you.
GRUPO PADILLA, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, in this sense and attending to the legal obligations established in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties in Possession of Private Parties, through this instrument it is informed to the owners of the data, the information that is collected from them and the ends that will be given to said information.

Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is out of date, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); likewise, you have the right to have your information removed from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Option). These rights are known as ARCO rights.
For the exercise of any of the ARCO rights, the respective request must be submitted through the email of your account executive, email provided at the beginning of your operations.
